Where The Buck Stops

Spotting wildlife is the main attraction in Yellowstone. This is the same place where Dances With Wolves was shot and that awesome bison stampede take. There are bears both grizzly and black bears, coyotes, wolves and moose. But my favorite is the bull elk, commonly called the buck. As we were driving towards Roosevelt Country, we saw buck. It was sitting in the bush. I made a right turn towards where it’s at, ever so careful not to scare it away. It just looked in our direction then looked away, apparently unmindful of our intrusion.
